Jump in? Getting started

Getting started

Create a workspace, import assets, print labels, and run your first checkout.

Add assets

Enter inventory or import from a spreadsheet. Add kits, locations, and accessories as you go.

Print QR labels

Generate labels, stick them on gear, and verify a scan opens the right profile.

Run the first checkout

Invite staff or borrowers, check something out, and practice the return with condition notes.

FAQ

Do borrowers need accounts?

Borrowers can use a simplified portal for my gear, requests, and scan. Staff keep the full equipment-manager UI.

Can I import existing inventory?

Yes. Use import tools to bring assets in from spreadsheets so you are not retyping the whole cage.

What about kits?

Kits bundle related gear (for example a camera package). Check out the kit, track completeness, and keep accessories attached.

Where do QR codes go?

Each item gets a printable label and a public profile URL. Scanning opens status, borrower, due date, and history.
